Parental Care is intended for lawful parental supervision of a child or an individual under the account holder’s legal guardianship. This policy explains what information the service processes and how it is protected.
We use information to authenticate accounts, connect an enrolled child device to its parent account, provide requested monitoring features, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.
Location and chat history are retained for up to 30 days, keylog and keyword-alert history for up to 14–30 days, recovery history for up to 30 days, and recordings for up to 30 days unless deleted sooner. Account deletion removes the account and associated child-linked database records. Backups may retain encrypted copies until their normal backup rotation completes.
Passwords are stored as password hashes. Child credentials are device-scoped and stored as hashes. Transport should use HTTPS/WSS. No service can guarantee absolute security, so keep account credentials private and report suspected abuse promptly.
You must have the legal right and any required consent to access the device and person monitored. Do not use Parental Care to stalk, spy on, or monitor an adult without permission.
You may stop monitoring, revoke a child pairing, request account deletion, or contact support at [email protected].
