You may use Parental Care only for a child or individual for whom you have lawful parental or guardianship authority, and only in accordance with applicable law and required consent. You are responsible for notifying affected users where required.
Stalking, spying, unauthorized interception, monitoring adults without permission, bypassing device security, harassment, credential sharing, and any unlawful use are prohibited. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in abuse.
Keep your password and pairing codes confidential. You are responsible for the devices and accounts linked to your subscription and for removing a device you no longer control.
Paid plans activate after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Renewal periods, prices and refunds are subject to the checkout information and applicable payment-provider terms. An expired account cannot access monitoring until renewed.
Device manufacturers, Android versions, battery policies, network conditions and permissions can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted camera, screen, location or connectivity features.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
